STEM Principal

Dr. Gregory Passeri

My name is Greg Passeri, and it is an honor to be the principal of the STEM Academy at the Rogers School.  Before coming to Lowell, I was a teacher in the Peabody Public Schools and directed an after-school program with the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem.  For my first six years in Lowell, I was the assistant principal of the Dr. An Wang Middle School, and then for the three years before coming to STEM, I was the principal of the John J. Shaughnessy Elementary School.  My wife and I have a son, along with a golden retriever named "Tallulah."  I am a big fan of the Celtics and Red Sox, and enjoy reading and playing the trumpet.  I am proud to be the STEM principal and look forward to working with all our students, staff, and parents.

STEM Assistant Principal

Mr. Roger Morneau

My name is Roger D. Morneau, and having the opportunity to serve as the assistant principal of the STEM Academy here at the Rogers School is truly a dream job for me. I have worked as a classroom teacher, a department chair, and now as an Assistant Principal in the Lowell public schools over the past twenty-three years. I was born and raised in Lowell, have lived in almost every neighborhood, and attended Lowell Public Schools.  All three of my children attended the Lowell Public Schools and had a fantastic experience. I am still a proud resident of Lowell and currently reside in the Acre section of the city.  I am a passionate advocate for all the students and families of Lowell, and this is what drives my work every single day.    I am a diehard Boston sports fan and volunteer as a youth coach in my free time.
